Welcome to my online portfolio. I have designed this online portfolio to provide information on research and ideas for my future and career. Throughout this portfolio I have made it easy to view the results of the different houses I have researched along with the different states I have searched for a home in. 

Throughout my portfolio I have written in detail about the many details and frustrations that exist when owning a home and paying off home loans. I have included pictures, detailed graphs, and in-depth financial and research information regarding my career as a Web Developer and as a young, first time home owner.

My House

Deciding on the location of my first home was a very detailed and time consuming effort. First I had to find a job. Once I found the job I wanted I researched the internet in order to successfully decide on the location of my new home. I was specifically looking for a house with a thirty to forty minute commute to work. I was also searching for a house that I could afford. How much money could I put down on my down payment? How much money would I have to barrow and what type of loan would I choose? These are just some of the considerations I took into account when searching for the right home. If you look on my house page, you will find the calculations, home specifications, and the type of house I chose. 

My Career

After graduating from Full Sail University, I Wanted find the right job for me. After searching the web, I ran across some interesting job offerings. After my search I concluded that I had several sates to chose from. If you look on My Career page, I listed several sates and compared their salary ratings for my job specifications. Despite the harsh temperatures associated with the desert, I decided on Tucson Arizona as the primary state of my new home and career. Real estates is fairly in-expensive and job opportunities for my line of work is not all too uncommon.
